Practice:
Over the last years I have in particular practiced within the field of open source licensing, delivery contracts, outsourcing, copyrights, domain names and trademarks, with related counselling on strategy and dispute resolution, with a particular focus on IT and technology.

This includes:

* Strategic and specific counselling regarding open source (free software)
* Complex delivery agreements
* Negotiation of large IT-delivery and procurement contracts
* IT outsourcing
* Preparation and revision of standard form agreements (IT and supply industry)
* Counseling and contract regulation of copyright, trademarks, patents
* Project management
* Building
* Litigation
* General commercial law
* Significant English language practice

I lectures on open source related topics, and has been writing for Linuxmagasinet (the only Norwegian language open source magazine on paper).
